do you and your DH workout together??
I've been trying to get my DH to workout with me for the longest time!! He keeps telling me that his job is enough of a workout for him. I just thought it would be nice to go for a run together every now and then.

No. He hates lifting weights which makes me INSANE, because he has an awesome athletic build, and if he just lifted, he'd look like something off the cover of a men's fitness magazine! He's very competitve though and would rather play sports than work out in a gym.

We do sport like workouts together - like hiking, mountain biking, running at the track, beach volleyball, etc.

nope-- DH plays soccer once a week and considers that his workout. Sometimes I wish he would since we could help motivate each other.
It's annoying to wake up early-- leave him still sleeping while I go workout for two hours on a weekend... or come home from work after going to the gym and he's eating chocolate covered almonds!

We do outdoors things together, biking, walking but we each go to different gyms for cardio, weights etc plus he golfs very frequently

We do go to the gym together. It is fun....we do get a little competetive on the treadmill (who can run more) We are both off for the summer, so it works out great!!!

sometimes we go to the gym together but mostly we will swim or bicycle together.

DH considers walking our dog a workout  I do drag him out for long walks and hikes but that's about it.

We do spinning class together, but he only comes 1-2 times a week, and I try to do 3+.
