prenatal vitamins?
which kind do you take? i was at the doctor yesterday and i saw someone new and he gave me a whole bunch of samples of differnent kinds

I use Prima Care One...I love them...no side effects for me at all. I had tried all of the samples, and this one was the best one for me. I would try all that they gave you and go from there...each of us is different!

I use the Natelle EZ. It is supposed to be better for your stomach and I have had no problems.

Me too. I also take the Expecta supplement. My dr gave me the first box as a sample. They can be bought OTC.
