Resume Question

Well I haven't gotten ANY calls yet..So for next year just in case no one calls this year my question is what do you include on your resume (only teaching or add student teaching) and how many pages is it?? Thanks!!

I did include student teaching on mine and it was 2 pages. Most people recommend keeping it to one page though. I got a job and nobody told me that 2 pages was unacceptable. Good luck!!

My resume was two pages. I did not include student teaching on it. I had a TA job, a year in the city, and a year out of state... those jobs were on my first page.

My second page was related experience ( i worked in higher education in a non-teaching capacity for 3 years) so that was on the second page. i also put interests and applicable skills as well as my references on my second page.

i think the cover letter is the most important. why do you want a job? why that particualr position? why do YOU stand out. besides a teaching degree, what makes you unique?

1 page and I included student teaching. I also included tutoring experience and even child care (I babysat for my friend 2 days a week for a year).
