Yikes..Hubby might be allergic to new kitty.
He says the past few nights, after playin w/kitty, his eyes are itching him...
Could he be allergic?
What should he do

could be. have him take some claritin or other allergy med, and don't let the kitten sleep in your bed.

I had this problem with my kitties, I had to kick them out of our room, and try to keep them off the furniture.

When I first got my kitty I was allergic to her- but after living with her for a few weeks I built up a tolerance and I was completely fine.
It's the same concept as allergy shots really- when you are introduced to the allergan for a period of time your body builds up a tolerance for it.
I am still allergic to other cats- just not her.
I bet in a few weeks he will not even be bothered by it. In the meantime Claritin works great!
