Pre-natal vitamins?
How far in advance can you start taking pre-natal vitamins? I take a multi vitamin now with 400mg folic acid. I don't plan on TTC for another 9 months or so, but I stopped taking BC. Can I take an over the counter pre-natal this soon, or should I stick to my multi vitamin.

well they pretty much have the same thing in it! its good to take pre-natal pills before , during and after pregnancy.
ive been taking pre-natal pills for a few years now. thats my multi vitamin  .
there's no harm in taking them, in your child bearing years.

My doc just keeps giving them to me. I had a baby in Dec and we're trying for #2 in a few months so I've been on them the whole time.
