went away this weekend...
and now I feel like a HOUSE. I was not so bad with my caloric intake, I just ate some stuff which makes me feel disgusting... even though it was in moderation, plus a couple of glasses of wine two nights in a row.
gotta be hardcore this week.

i back hard core as well. i did 40 min of cardio at the gym this morning. it felt good

My only problem is that I did something to my knee-- I need to see a doc this weekend. It cannot just be from running since I have only been doing that a couple of weeks. I am totally bummed-- but I am still going to do precore and bike for cardio.
I weighed myself this AM and the damage is not bad-- I just feel gross especially for not working out for a few days.
