I have linguine and italian sausage. What can I make?

Do you have broccoli?
Pan fry the sausage (cut into cubes) with some garlic and maybe a little bit of EVOO.
Throw on the water. Boil the pasta. With the last 4-5 minutes of the pasta, throw in some broccoli. Drain both pasta and broccoli and then toss the linguini, broccoli and sausage together. Serve with parmesan cheese.

You can brown the sausage then slice it up and put it back in the frying pan with some canned tomatoes and serve over the linguini. My DH loves this. usually use about 2-3 cans of the already seasoned tomatoes that come with garlic and oregano etc. Or add spices as desired.
