raspberry vinaigarette dressing?
Does anyone have a good recipe for this? Is it easy to do?

this is awesome.
2/3 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
1 tbsp poppy-seeds
add ingredients up to loemon juice in processor---pulse in olive oil in slow steady stream.
Whisk in 1 tbsp poppy seeds.
this is awesome with mesclun salad w/pecans, cranberries and goat cheese.
