Schoolwide enrichment model?

Does anyone's school use this model of enrichment education for their entire building? Ours does and I'm looking to connect with other teachers in my shoes :)

No, b/c we have gifted classes for each grade. However, I take the approach for my own class. The class as a whole does an activity...whoever is interested in moving on does the next and whoever is STILL interested goes the furthest. It's hard with little ones, though.
