Tops, where do you get them?

I am a little tired of the empire tops, they make me look so much bigger than I am!

Where do you get your tops from, something mor fitted, I guess.....

I loved the Motherhood crew neck fitted tees. They also make them with a 3/4 sleeve- which I wore to death.

I got a ton of long sleeve teeshirts for fall in forever 21.. I also got a few long thermals at Deliah's..

cheap and I would wear if not PG..I hate alot of maternity stuff..

I only gained 6lbs at 21 weeks.. so I am lucky....


Also oldnavy.com has GREAT stuff!

Target has cute maternity t-shirts and tank tops that fit perfectly...

Mimi was my favorite but their stuff could add up.

I also bought a few @ Gap, target and old navy. Motherhood was ok, some things were better than others quality wise.

Check out H&M, they have a small but usually cute maternity section

I shopped at Motherhood outlet, Target, JCPenney, Old Navy and even Fashion Bug (Just got a bigger size)

Motherhood Maternity, JC Penneys and Old Navy were the only places I got tops from.

I could never find anything at Target especially pants.

I really like Khols. Maternity section is small but really cute stuff. I was real close going over to Mimi Maternity to buy a pair of pants for work. I really didn't feel like spending another $80 on maternity pants so I went to Khols. I bought 2 tops, 2 career pants and a pair of black crop pants all for $92.

Until 6/7 mos maternity tops did not look right on me. I just bought shirts from Ann Taylor Loft and Banana that were fitted but in a size up. After that - casual tops - Gap Maternity and for dressier - Pea in the Pod and Mimi Maternity or Nordstroms (online). From all these stores all I ever bought was fitted tops because the puffy ones just made me look - pufffy! Hope this helps I had the hardest time with tops!

I got a few non maternity tops one size larger than my usual from american apparel. They still fit me at 37 weeks.

The tanks and t's are long and stretchy.

Fitted Tees from Old Navy. But I am starting to like the empire tops. In those, I look big but only where I am carriying the baby. In a straight T-shirt, I look more like a Mack Truck.

Ann Taylor Loft just started a maternity line; Top Shop just opened in SoHo and they have maternity; Isabella Oliver has beautiful maternity clothes; Nordstrom has a decent maternity section.

old navy, target, and kohls have some cute tops once you weed through the ones that look like tents.

i only wear fitted tops and tanks. i really don't undersand the philosophy behind tent-like maternity tops. i mean, i already stand the risk of looking like a beached whale in my top, why wear a top that makes me look even BIGGER?

a lot of my tanks are from old navy and some good basics from gap. mimi and motherhood, target and ann taylor loft.

I am still wearing regular tops from NY&Co. I love them! Also a lot of stuff from Old Navy.

I bought some cute shirts from Maternity Works in Tanger and because it is summer I have gotten away with wearing longer tanks and tees from Target.

I got tops from:

Motherhood (had the lady help pick them out and I'm glad I did b/c she picked out some really cute ones that I normally wouldnt have tried on)

Target (some of the regular mossimo tops are pretty long but I've also bought a few Liz Lange)

I got a ton of tank tops from pacific sunwear that I LOVE. They're nice and LONG! They got me through the whole summer. I even wore some of the white ones under my work shirts for extra belly coverage!

I have been living in ribbed tanks and regular tanks from Old Navy and Gap...
I also bought a few from BabyStyle that I liked that were on sale...

I bought long stretchy shirts that were one size bigger, I am still wearing them at almost 37 weeks. They cover my belly and my hips. I also bought a ton of stretch pants and they have lasted as well...
