For Math, NYS has Pre/post March guidelines.
In S.S., the focus is on New York, NYSED has this
The focus is Native Americans, European Encounter, Colonial, Revolution, New Nation, Industrial Growth, and government.
In ELA, we do RW and Writing Workshop, covering comprehension, thinking skills, memoir, poetry, non-fiction, etc.
(We use Fountas and Pinnell)
We have Math and SS texts, but I usually use them only as a jump start for our lessons, since there is so much more out there.
