Does Crystal Light give anyone else an upset stomach??
I have been drinking the Crystal Light Peach Iced Tea and my stomach is just not right. But I feel guilty that the stuff was 5.99 and there are like 10 little tubs left so I keep drinking it

I've never noticed it hurting my stomach, but I do know if I drink to much I get bad headaches!

Same here. Not upset stomachs, but I used to get migraines from it. I guess my body got used to it because I don't get the migraines as bad anymore!

me too- I was drinking alot of crystal light and I was doubled over in pain
it happens when ever I have fake sugar
it's the worst

Some of them give me a bit of acid reflux - so I usually water them down by 1/2.

oh my god, YESSSSSS. infact just last week i thought i had a stomach virus. I realized i was drinking crytal light all day long. as soon as i stopped it and went back to water i felt fine.

when I drank it when i was younger, i used to break out in a rash all over my legs
Needless to say, I dont drink it anymore

I get HORRIBLE stomach pains from their iced teas. Nothing else, I drink their Fruit Punch all the time, but one sip of any of their iced teas leaves me doubled over in pain

My DH LOVES it, so we always have it on hand...I prefer drinking water but now and then I will have some, my stomach is fine.

The headaches are from the sucralose. I discovered I can't have anything with that in it too as I get bad headaches.

Crystal Light doesn't give me problems but anything with Splenda causes me severe gas and bloating.

after drinking alot of the peach iced tea, it made me a little nauseaus, but now that i only drink the regular iced tea flavor or the lemonade of the ruby red grapefruit, i dont feel sick
