Need help with dinner--
I am defrosting 2lbs of ground beef and dont know what to make with it.
I REALLY don't want to go out to buy any ingredients (tough w/a 3 mo old in the rain), so meatloaf is out of the question as I dont have eggs.
Any ideas?!?! TIA!!!!

do you have a can of beef gravy?? you could do salisbury steak... basically just make burgers out of the meat, and cook them for a few minutes each side in a frying pan. then, add then beef gravy on top of them. serve it over egg noodles or rice....
you could also maybe make a meat sauce for pasta...

If you have any cream soups you don't need eggs. Just add a can instead of the eggs. How about tacos? I guess you would need tortillas fo rthat though

All great idea... and if you want ingredients but don't want to hoof it outside you can always do Waldbaums same day delivery!
ETA: I wasn't a fan of the Waldbaum's delivery - but they are the only ones who do same day!
