Did anyone see

the episode of the Tyra Banks show where everyone was wearing their weight? Everyone in the audience had the same bathing suit on with how much they weighed.

I usually don't watch her bc I find her to be a little cheesy but I thought this was a good message.

I saw this episode...I really don't go by what the scale says, I go by how my clothes fit, hence the reason I don't keep a scale in the house.
