OMG.. the bank account is HURTING!!!
And I dont get paid till sept 14th
Usually I am SO good about budgeting but we had so many "events" like weddings, showers, etc that I am wondering how I will make it another 5 weeks

I feel your pain!! We just bought a house and there is so much more we want to do but holiding off now..TG Dh works overtime to help out but I am looking forward to going back soon!

I have had many weddings and trips Ive had come out of my account and I hate that I cant start going shopping for school clothes
ususally by now I'd be hitting up the outlets for pants and sweaters for the fall

me too!!!
I am dying bc I am going to have to make do with my spring wardrobe and the end of the year is alwasy so casual. I like to get a little more dressed up in the beginning of the year.

I am so in the same boat. My only saving grace is that my bday is in another week and I always get money. That's how I do my fall shopping wardrobe. Although this year, it might not make it to clothes.

I totally hear you Jen! I am in the same boat. I have been asking DH to get some overtime so hopefully that will help too. We get a half check on the 7th and then a full on the 21st.
Just remember, it will probably be hot in Sept so we are going to need short sleeves!

I LOVE this idea!! I always say they should give us 4 checks at the end of June and then the "5th" check at the end of August. I think we are doing ok, but I hate seeing the account getting lower and lower.

Yea they have done this for the past few years and it is better than having to wait 2 weeks to get that first check. At least you get some money that first Friday.

thank god in my district we get paid the first friday back!! it's a half check (due to state regs) but it's still money that i need!
