same sex twins--do you dress them alike
I never dress my girls in the same outfits...because i never want two of the same outfits but everytime i get presents they are usually the exact same thing x 2. How about you guys?

I do "same but different," ie, reversed colored stripes, same style shirt/shorts but different color. If I like something a lot, though, I do buy 2 of them.

I'd say 75% of the time what majen said, and 25% of the time they wear the same exact outfit.
I also think if we have another girl down the road it's silly to have 2 of the exact same outfit of EVERYTHING. I'd rather have it in pink and purple so that's 2 outfits for that baby rather than 1 - if that makes sense.

I attempt to do different. But, it gets hard. Like if I love a dress in one color attempt to get it in another. But, it doesn't always look as cute.
I think it would be alot easier if I had boys.

It isn't I always feel like I am settling on the second outfit.
Normally they are not dressed alike but they do have some things that are.I try not to do it that often though. We are in different sizes so it is not as big of a deal to have the same thing since Joey can always wear Mattingly's hand me downs.
Some may think you are weird for not dressing them exactly the same all the time.

this is what i do
me too...up until they were about 3 years old or so and then they decided that they didnt want to be dressed the same any more...HOWEVER..I found that even now I will pretty much pick out outfits that are simular..jeans and a tee shirt..skirt and sweater..etc..But then again, at 8, they pretty much pick out their own clothes...

Usually I do, just because a lot of people have brought us two of the same outfits. I really like dressing them in the same outfits but different colors. However, most of the time i go with what people have given them as gifts.
