Q about water weight..
Is there a "normal" amount that is considered water weight? Ive been doing well for the past week and a half, and have lost about two pounds. A friend told me thatthe first NINE pounds are always water weight.... if so..UGH!!!
Any ideas?

Re: Q about water weight..
I think it depends on what you were eating before. If you were eating salty, fatty foods that caused bloating, than perhaps you have more water weight.
If you have been eating more natural and healthy foods-- than you prob don't have that water weight.
Honestly-- I really never understood the concept of water weight...
And no clue where your friend is getting that 9lbs figure-- what if you have only lbs to lose-- that doesn't make any sense.

That's crap. Maybe slightly true for the first week but not for weeks and 9lbs is a lot.
