Success with Personal Trainer
If you have had success with a personal trainer, can you please share your story..like how long it took, what you did. Thanks. I am really considering getting one.

I used a personal trainer for two months to tone up right before my wedding....I went three times a week for an hour and it was great...I toned up very nicely and built up my stamina...it was well worth the money

there is a vendor here called In The Zone fitness. I interviewed her for LIWeddings and she was great.
Her video we be on LIWeddings.tv next week but I would vist her and get more info...

i used on from octobr -july for my wedding
soooooooooo worth it! I looked awesome
I had to stop though got $ when we got a house i had to save my $
but i remember all the exercises
