I bought a couple of different ones, and I HATED them all!
Every dress I tried on CLUNG to it 
It just didn't look smooth whatever I tried...
I wound up getting another brand...but I can't remember which one

Yes, for me they are. I have the Higher Power, the tights and the Cognito. The Cognito ones are smoother and silkier, so if you wear a clingy fabric, those are best. But, if you wear a polyester or something then I like the Higher Power. They never rolled up on my legs.
I have noticed that thinner people don't really like them and fuller people do. I think they are cut for fuller people.

i got the incognitio ones it comes right under my bust to my thighs they are the shorts ones and they didnt fall at all and gave me a nice smooth line. good investment. i tried all the other ones on and that one was the best.
