Went to Arbonne party last night; here's what I bought
A sunscreen/moisturizer for DH...it was $44! (I thought the stuff was really $$$$.)
A sea salt hand/foot scrub that actually feels amazing!!!!!!!! ($26)
The Thermal Infusion Mask ($32) for me...b/c I spent $100, I got a free gift of any price, which was great. I chose the night cream from the orange line (reC9 or something?) and that was about $80, so it was cool to get for free....I can't wait for the stuff to arrive.
But here's what I didn't like. There were no ingredients to be found. The rep didn't have them, and the literature only shows "key" ingredients. I'm no fool when it comes to skincare. I know that a lot of their face washes have sodium lauryl and laureth sulfate. At one point, a girl asked the rep WHY you put a certain cream somewhere. All the rep could say was: "Because that's what Arbonne recommends..." ANYHOO, I think I picked good things and have heard raves for the night cream...

The stuff you got sounds awesome but their sales tactics sound a little sketchy to me.  I have a party next week and I'm interested in checking out their products.

When I went to a party I wanted to know what was in something and the rep acutally pulled up her rep account online and showed me the ingredients for everything

she tried to, but couldn't find it online...if anyone knows what's in the mask and night cream...please tell me!

I've used the mask and the night cream that you bought and "like" them (not love) - but now I have been obsessed with Shiseido products (love them). I also in general like being able to walk into a department store and buy what I need when I need it - I don't want to have to "order".
One of my best friends sells Arbonne so I have tried a lot of the stuff, but I don't feel it is worth the money they are asking for it.

my neighbor sells it and gave me travel size samples. I must say I loved the facial scrub and wash. I saw the catalogue and was like   I felt bad telling her I couldn't possibly spend that kind of money now with a child and one on the way.

I know. And I'm a Neutrogena and Murad girl....very simple. Simple makeup, too...but I'll see what I think.

That's how I felt. My friend keeps asking me to have a "spa party" but I am too embarrassed to invite anyone because of the prices. Most of my friends are not in the position to spend that kind of money on beauty products.

I also didn't feel they brought enough product, colors, shades, etc. Basically, what I did last night could have been done online, from home...but I still spent $$$ like no tomorrow b/c that's me...lol

I used the mask and it stung and itched but thank goodness no redness. I too felt like it was a lot of $$$$$.
