WW girls - Should I do it or not?

Ok, I have been fluctuating between 2-3 pounds from my goal for about two months now. It's unbelievably frustrating!!
On one hand I'm debating whether or not I should just up my goal by two pounds so that I can finally stop paying.
On the other hand, I sort of feel like I failed if I don't stick to my original goal.

I'm not sure what else I can do at this point. I measure everything, stick to my daily point allowance, and exercise 4-5 times per week.
The only thing I'm not good with is the water......

What do you all think?

so you're on a plateau!

i suggest that if you're on flex, switch to core or if you're on core switch to flex. that's what my ww group leader would suggest....

you can also try switching the kinds of excercises you're doing.

and drink that water missy!Chat Icon

good luck!

I would up your goal-- 2 lbs is not something you can see. You can always lose it after you get lifetime.

I did that before my wedding and it was fine. I find that there is a certain weight I cannot get below- its just my body ad I have accepted it!!

I upped my goal for the same reason.

I didn't follow maintenance last week & kept at it anyway. I lost 1.4lbs & am now at my true goal. I still have a 3 lb leeway but have only 5 more weeks of maintenance till I don't pay.

Try changing your combination of foods. For awhile I was eating ww muffins in the am & have switched it to fruit. Also are you drinking enough milk?

I think this is a great suggestion!! I would definitely up your goal, why pay when you're already in a healthy weight range Chat Icon That absolutely does not mean you won't lose that weight. Plenty of people on maintenance still lose weight Chat Icon

Thanks girls. I'm going to give it ONE more week by making sure I drink the water and if it doesn't happen, then the goal is going up. What's two pounds, right Chat Icon
