According to the poll I'm normal...I would like to lose about five to ten lbs but I would like to do in regards to toning...which I'm working on...I just got a personal trainer to help out...

all my life i was 97 to 106 and was told i looked sick. then i had my daughter and went up to 115. now after a year of marrage i am at 140 but i am now told i long so much better! i want to lose wait but i can't stand diet food. aand working out is hard due to my ankles and my back so either i get use to diet food or i am just gonna keep gaining! i would like to be 120 to 125

Right now overweight for obvious reasons...
But before I was pg, I was ALWAYS in the gym, so I put fit and toned. Now I have to work my way back to that again...
