I'm back in!!
Hey ladies!
I had started WW in Jan, but of course fell off the wagon around March/April. I had lost ~7 pounds and now I have gained it all back. I don't have a lot to loose, just 15-20 pounds max. So I signed back up for the online WW, bought some healthy foods, am figuring out meals that would be good, and this time around I am really trying to focus on exercising. We are going away at the end of Oct. so I hope to be in good shape by then
