Okay, newsletter or homepage?
If you had to choose, which one would you do with your class? I started to create a homepage with Scholastic, but I also created a newsletter in printshop and like it more.
Opinions?

How is the Scholastic one? I was going to do it also, but then I dont want to get lazy mid year and not update it. I do send home a weekly newsletter that the parents love beacuse they can keep it right on the fridge.

I always send home a newsletter on Mondays.
Last year I started the Scholastic homepage, but got very lazy by about...hmm...November.
I like the newsletter bc I often reference it when talking with parents, and it gets sent home in mailboxes EVERY Monday, so parents have it right there.

last year i did a newletter using microspft publisher
I liked it, i was able to write what events were coming up, things that happed the previous month with pictures and what we were working on in eahch subject. I also listed the areas students were still struggling in to remind parents to continue working on those things at home
