the very first step
I didn't have a vending machine snack at work yesterday.
I think I've bought candy or cookies from the machine every day for three months. So, while this is nothing for most of you, it's a huge step for me.

I'm trying to wean myselff off the vending machines on the 5th floor - during my maternity leave they were my best friend!

 I never used the 5th floor machine! My workplace vending machine issue came about over the past few months due to all the move-related stress.

Good for you! I leave my wallet in the car so I can't buy anything from the vending machine (we have an ice cream vending machine!  )
