Let's talk sweat

Have you ever sweat so much working out that you have butt sweat? Or worse...sweat that wraps around the front?! This happened to me. Wearing thin, non absorbent workout pants in a hot class and OMG...BAD! Am I alone, ladies?! (In my defense most of the class was spent crouched over on my knees so when I got up...sweat. Terrible.)

Re: Let's talk sweat

This is really gross but I am a horrible sweater.

When I run or go on the elyptical EVERY part of my body sweats, including the embarassing ones. I have to wear black pants or shorts and I usually wear spandex shorts under them to soak up some of the sweat. I bought a cute pair of pink NIKE pants, and wore them once, for the exact reason you just described.

My arms, legs, back, booty, everything sweats. I'm soaking wet when I leave the gym.

So, no, you're not alone. In a way it's a good thing, as long as it doesn't spill over into the rest of my day.

Whew! No, it has never happened when I'm not working out but I am really embarrassed b/c my teacher was like standing over me...LOL. It's my fault. The capris I wore were not meant for serious exercise but they were stretchy, so I thought, hey, they're cute. That will get you every time!

I have sweat really hard during 20 mile runs in 80 degree and humid weather...the result is not pretty! Chat Icon

Re: Let's talk sweat

This happened to my this morning. My freakin crotch was sweating and I was mortified! I got up from the row machine, looked in the mirror and my jaw dropped. My trainer goes, "it happens to everyone..."

I'll never wear pink pants to the gym again...lol
