If you had a bassinet for your twins, did you put them in one or buy two bassinets for your bedroom?
We will have two separate nurseries set up, but planned on having bassinets in our bedroom for the first 3-4 mos., then put them in one crib until they started moving too much, then separate them into their own rooms. I'm just confused about the bassinet situation for now.

Re: bassinet

We used the double pack and play for 2 nights in our room. I too, planned on using it for several months since I BF. My DDs were quite the noisy sleepers - just all the little newborn sounds that they all make, neither DH or I got any sleep - so we put them in the Papasan in the living room and slept on the couch, and then they were in the crib by the end of the first week.

I also had the twin pack & play w/ bassinets. They lasted 1 night in their room and from then on, they slept in their room in their cribs.

we had the PNP with bassinets and a cradle, but never used it. They came home and went to their cribs.

Re: bassinet

We had the twin bassinet pnp. We used it for less than a week in our bedroom and then put them in the same crib in their nursery. Once they began moving around too much (probably by 3 months or so), they went into their own, individual crib.

Same here. Used twin pack and play during the day, downstairs for naps.

DS was home first and he was in his crib from the first night. I moved a bed into their room because I was BFing

Re: bassinet

my twins are still sharing the cosleeper in our room. i absolutely love it!! i bf, so it's very convenient to have them right there in arm's reach. it's a little tight now, because they are almost 4 months, but i am having issues with putting them in their own bedroom.

we also have the twin pack n play with bassinets in the living room for naps.
