NEW ENLIGHTENMENT!!
Well... I ran home today to take a Preg. Test and it came back BFN and at the same exact time I got my AF. 
AFter getting upset, I thought about it... I have now come to the conclusion that I am completely done trying so damn hard. I am no longer going to use the ovulation kit, I'm going to STOP being a doctor by checking myself for signs or thinking I have some symptom. I am going to make BD fun again bc it definitely became a chore and it wasn't as fun and spontaneous anymore. YES!!!! IM GIVING UP THE CONTROL!!!!!!! It actually feels good saying it. I realize now that its not in my hands. I am going to live a TTC stress free LIFE AGAIN!!! It dawned on me today how EXHAUSTED it has made me and this is not good for me emotionally and physically. SO I'm letting go and letting GOD. THAnks guys I need to get that off my chest

Good for you! I feel the same way this month! I'm not going to pee on anything - no opks, no hpts, until AF is officially late!

I definitely can relate to what you are saying after a year of using OPK's and 18 months prior to that just taking it as it comes. My biggest concern is that by just letting it go I will be risking the chance of ever having a child because I am turning 36 in January and I feel my biological clock ticking (which I NEVER felt before). I just feel that after so much time something should have happend by now.

I can completley understand. I used an online calendar for 2 months...The free trial is over.
Oh well.
DH and I too are going to make it fun! Im going to try NOT to think about it. I hope its easier said than done.

Good for you! That's usually when you DO get PG....we took a guess as to when I was ovulating..that's it and BAM....PG we were, both times!!

I had done the same thing and got preggo right away after I stopped obsessing!

did the ovulation sticks not work for you? I went from a 28 day cyle to a 31 day. A friend told me to use the ovulation kits but I said it seems so..."OK I'm ovulationg lets make a baby." Its just frustrating. Good luck to you!
