WW people
DO you all go to meetings weekly? Or just follow at home the points schedule?
Its so $$$ for a meeting , do you get a lot out of it?

i go to the weekly meetings.
i find that i get a lot of encouragement and tips from the meetings.
and you can buy the WW foods there that you can't get in the regular grocery.

u get a lot of support at the meetings. there's also people that's successful at doing it online

I go and get weighed in but don't stay for the meeting...so basically I am paying them to weigh me! BUT it keeps me motivated and makes me hold myself accountable

I go to the meetings. I go w/friends which helps a lot. Thankfully our leader was amazing & extremely motivating.
I got/get a lot out of it...

I have WW at my job. This is the longest and the best I have ever done at WW. We are signing up for another 19 weeks.

I go to the meetings. It makes a huge difference with me. If I miss a meeting for a week for vacation or whatnot, I feel the difference. The meetings jump start me every week.

Weekly meeting at work. If I'm swamped, I'll go weigh-in but I try to stay for a little while.
I think the meetings are very important. I can weigh-in at home but if I'm accountable to others, I find it even more helpful. Also the topics & tips everyone brings to the table were terrific.

Only online, but I think I would be more successful if I went to meetings. My schedule rotates so it's difficult for me to find one that I would be able to make every week.

I find going to the meetings makes me stay on track better because I am 'reporting in' ... at home I may skip a weigh in or cheat and not write it down. When I go to weekly meetings I track everything and want to 'do good' .. it's the school nerd in me! lolol

me too.
I m going to rejoin this week for like the 3rd time But ITA with the above. Another thing I have found really helpful is to go shopping after the meeting-you get recipes there so you can buy ingredients for those. I also find I am the most motivated that night and a couple after.
