Question
Ive read so many rumors and they have never been confirmed. Can u have your period and still be pregnant? I dont understand how this can happen but I am always reading about this controversy. How will the person ever know? Or is it like SURPRISE!

While I'm not sure how or why this happens (I'm sure Michelle - Redstar can help) I can tell you a friend of mine had AF for 6 months during her pregnancy. Maybe it actually isn't true AF, but she did have bleeding every month for 6 months.

People can and do experience bleeding to different degree's in their pregnancy.
Some people just have really heavy implantation bleeding and think thats AF, another possibility is that SOME of the lining of the uteres shed, just not that place that had an eggie already implant in it. I read somewhere that an estimated 25% of pregnant women experience bleeding in the first trimester.

The person who said their friend had it for the first 6 months...I was just curious how she ever knew she was pregnant? I would never think i was pregnant if I had my period.
