Threading (vs waxing)
So I can't wax anymore because I started using Retin A... I know I have posted a couple of other q's about threading. My aesthetician has just been tweezing, but I feel like the hair comes back faster than with waxing... Does threading have more of the effects of waxing, or tweezing??
If I try threading-- I need to find a new person to do it.

Re: Threading (vs waxing)
I tweezed for many years. Waxed a few times (and hated it).
Threading is the best to me. It feels more like tweezing to me.
I love the results. The shaping is great with the threading.
I go to Sana beauty Salon in Hicksville (107).

It is a cleaner look, better than waxing and yes, ITA...shaping is better.

I think threading even feels cleaner. It feels so smoothe when I wash my face the first couple of days.
I get my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks if I tweeze in between.
To answer your original question, I think threading is more similar to tweezing than waxing.
I go to a very tiny shop on Jericho in Huntington Station. $6 for eyebrows.
