Anyone down for a water challenge?
I know here I go talking about water again.   Guess it is on my mind this week. I decided to challenge myself to drink only water for one week. I am not going to drink anything else...no coffee, soda, crystal light, etc. I put milk in my oatmeal every morning so I am still getting my milk in. I WI on Saturday morning so I am going to do this from Saturday to Saturday - one whole week  . Anyone want to join me?
My goal is to get my body used to drinking so much water and start to crave it like so many people have told me happens when you drink a lot. Wish me luck!

It's true...once you start drinking water on a regular basis it becomes easy and you actually don't mind it...that's what happened when I was pregnant. I have since fallen off that wagon...so I am in!

Let me know when you start - I think I would be up for the challenge!!! (Although I'm going "out" next Fri night so I'd have to be done by then!)

I only drink water, but also would be dysfunctional without my one cup a joe in the morning!!!
