Another question re: progesterone suppositories
I went to the Drs. office yesterday because I saw some blood and they said its probably implantation bleeding and they did a internal sonogram and they saw a sac but its too early to see or hear anything -- I'm about 5/5.5 weeks.
I called my Drs office and the Nurse said my Beta was good it was 6278 and I can't remember the other name, but its my uterine lining was low and its ususally is 15 and mine was 10.8. The Nurse said its normal (she said she's seen women's at 5), we are just going to perscribe you vaginal suppositories to build up your lining so I don't have a miss.
I'm scared!!!
Anyone have this or know about this?

Re: I just called my Drs office to find out my blood results and...
Are there any side affects?
I've been nauseas and tired -- I know these are the symptoms of the 1st trimster, which I'm in, but it just seems like all the time.
But I'm also feeling (yesterday and today) a little achey in my neck and shoulders. Which I usually feel like when I'm run-down/over-tired and then get sick.
And now I'm feeling a little of a chill -- I hope I'm not getting sick How can you tell the difference between these symptoms
I'm sorry I'm being a downer--I know this a beautiful thing, its just I'm so tired--I'm sorry

Re: Another question re: progesterone suppositories
I was horribly nauseous when I was using the progesterone suppositories. It actually started as soon as I started using them. It was also very annoying that most of it leaked right back out so I really only used them at night before bed. I have a perfect 5.5 month old now

Re: Another question re: progesterone suppositories
I also used them and just finished up last week. They weren't fun, but they worked, my levels are good now. I do think they may have given me a UTI but that wasn't a big deal. Good luck!

Re: Another question re: progesterone suppositories
don't worry, completely fine and helpful! All they do is help you produce progestrone until the placenta can make it on its own at 12 weeks. At 12 weeks, your doc will tell you to stop them! My first preg. i didn't need it but for my current i did and so did two of my friends. Babies all doing great and miscarriages avoided!
