My BTSN was last week, I wore a black knee length skirt, with a black knit shell and a pink cardigan with pearls.

I will be wearing a nice pair of dress capris and a nice top. It is supposed to be hot this week again so it's all about the coolness factor.

I had it last week- wore pants and a shirt from
Ny and Co with heels.
Most of my co-workers wore khakis and polos or a tee shirt with a fancier skirt. We dont do much dressing up here upstate

Normally, Id wear a skirt and shirt or sweater.
