I feel so stupid going back
I have joined/quit WW twice over the past year. I liked my leader and want to continue to go back to the same place but I feel like such a quitter. Last time I started again everyone welcomed me back - I could do without the spotlight.
I am trying to get pregnant so I know you can't go there when you are PG but I considering it up until I do get PG.
Maybe I am just making excuses but WW has worked in the past for me, a couple years back. Recently I have quit b/c I just hate being constricted with the food.
Current Weight - 187
Goal weight - 150.
I was 150 lbs just a year and a half ago!

I wouldn't worry about it-people do it the time. At least you're going back! Also when PG you can follow the recommendations for teh nursing Moms. It includes more dairy

Don't feel stupid going back. Feel stupid staying away from a program that you've said works for you.

I am about to go back to WW next week for the THIRD time in about four years.
I need to just get over it bc I know it does work for me.
