WW question, what is the best day/time to get weighed?
I have been going Sunday mornings, NO GOOD because Sat night is a big eating/cocktail night for my family. When do you go? TIA

i get weighed in friday after work. i think its best to go saturday morning before u eat

Saturday morning! If I go out to dinner it's Saturday night so this works best for me!

I go friday mornings. I like it because I can enjoy myself in moderation over the weekend and still have the week to work out the kinks.

same here.... thursday or wednesday nights... so if i eat something out at a restaurant which is salty then it gives me enough buffer before the weigh in

I personally love saturday morning. I try and make sure not to eat anything to salty on fridays like chinese or pizza. I absolutely love having my flex points reset for the weekend, it's great!
