Grace Bay Club, Cuisinart, Jumby Bay, or Little Dix Bay...any thoughts?

We are starting our research for our winter vacation, and have a list of four:

1. Grace Bay Club (Turks and Caicos)

2. Cuisinart (Anguilla)

3. Jumby Bay (Antigua)

4. Little Dix Bay (British Virgin Islands)

We went to Peter Island last year, and loved it. We want a similar vacation...do nothing but relax, and go to the spa.

Anyone have any input on the above?

Kathy,
I was at the Cuisinart in Anguilla for my honeymoon in 2004 and had an amazing time. The rooms are spacious and beautiful right on the beach. The food is fabulous, the pool picture perfect and the service superb. I stayed for 2 weeks and it's the complete relaxation type vacation. We rented a car one day to explore the island and another day took the ferry to St. Martin...there were also cooking classes there that were fun. Other than that it was spa, beach and eating! Let me know if you have any questions!

I haven't been to any, but thought about Little Dix Bay & Jumby Bay for our HM. They both look amazing. Are you planning on bringing DS? I'd love to plan a really nice trip like this, but not sure if they would be DD friendly. My brother & SIL went to Peter Island for their 10th anniversary and had such rave reviews, but that definitely looks like a place I don't want to bring DD.

You could def. bring DD to Peter Island. There were a few kids there when we were there, and we have friends that just went a few months ago, and the place was loaded with families and young children. It seems they are changing their image to more family friendly.

We're pretty sure that DS will come along on this vacation.

I haven't been - but I heard great things about Cuisinart from people who have stayed there

One of my friends who is very, very picky went to Jumby Bay and had an amazing time. She highly recommended it.

I visited Cuisinart when I was in Anguilla for my HM and it looked really nice. People seemed to hang out more at the pool than at the beach. We actually stayed at Cap Juluca, which I can't say enough good things about, in case you're still open to other hotels/resorts. Everything was really perfect. We're actually going back this year because we had such an amazing time Chat Icon

ETA: Cap Juluca didn't seem like the most kid-friendly place, if that's a consideration.

Thanks! Maybe we'll consider it.

Although I had a relaxing time in Turks (didn't stay at Grace Bay) but ate dinner there one night, I found it stuffy and there wasn't much to do on the island. Also, Turks is very expensive.
