any ideas?

My husband and I are finally in our house after 3 months of marriage. I still have to cook him a meal as a married couple!

Any ideas for a nice romantic first dinner in our home....he's a big meat and potatoes kind of guy....and pasta lover!

Let's see:

You could make breaded pork chops, fresh green beans and baked or mashed potato with pork gravy

You could make a lasagna or ziti tray with garlic bread (then you will have leftovers!)

You could make a ham steak with pineapples, a side of rice pilaf and veggies.....

I love this recipe Beef Medallions

It is good and easy to prepare. Read the reviews for additional tips. I like to serve them it with yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Bon Appetit!

Thanks ladies!!! They both sound good...well I left my keys with my dad (since he is fixing up some stuff in the house) and he left my house early yesterday so tonight I am definitely gonna try one of your ideas!! Chat Icon

That's so nice! Chat Icon

Maybe chicken parmigana with pasta, garlice bread and salad? It's easy but comes out really nice! You can even prep the chicken ahead of time!

Good luck and have fun!
