Oh no... I can't stand up straight
I am having some pains- like cramps. I can barely stand up straight.
I am so scared- I did a stupid thing today. I changed the water bottle at my office's cooler myself- which was stupid. I was fine for the rest of the day but now I am having cramps.

It is probably a muscle pull but you should definately call your MD right away.

Oh it passed- I can stand up now... I just got so scared. Now its just some mild cramping. Like period pains. I am not moving for the rest of the night. If I still feel bad tomorrow, I will call my MD. Thanks!!
