Help me figure this out...
I am trying to figure out when i ovulate. I started my period Sunday night. When i go to use those calendars on the computer that calculate it for you they ask what your cycle is going from the start of your last period. I am pretty positive mine is 31 days but.....
Do i start counting from the day i start the period (like would day 1 be considered sunday) or do i count 1 as that monday. So confusing.

Day 1 is the first day of full flow before midnight according to the REs.
