How many times a week do you go to the gym?
Do you think 3-4x's is enough? And I walk 2 x's a week with the baby.

I used to go 4 for a while........but now I go 3.
I honestly saw no difference with the extra day.

I think 3 times is good to maintain, but to lose, you need more like 5 times a week with cardio and weights....
I do yoga like 4 times a week and hit the gym once...but I do power yoga so my heart does get going. Each class is like 1 1/2 hours....that's my routine

I go and take a total body conditioning class 2-3x a week (I like to go 3 but, sometimes my schedule doesn't allow for it).
I go for a run outside 4-5x a week (about 3 miles).
When it gets colder, I'll be hitting the gym more and running on the treadmill.

I am back to going 4 times a week and then walking once a week with my fantastic, newly skinny, hottie mom Barb 
We bring the dog along and I get a workout on my arms while pulling him

Before I got back to class and coach bball Iwas going atleast 4 tmes a week. Now, heck I'm lucky if I make it one day
