The ArcTrainer?
Anyone use this machine at the gym? It looks so awkard. People use it, Im just wondering if its a good workout?

I started using this not too long ago...and I love it!! It is so smooth. I used to love the stairmaster but this is my new favorite. I feel like I sweat so much more on this machine. Don't know if that means I am getting a better workout or not.

You do? Everytime I've tried this I feel like I can't control my legs. They go at a speed all their own! and Nat.. you SWEAT now???
