I do!! My coworker lost soo much weight from this video. It's an awesome workout, I've been on it one week and I already lost 3 inches!!

Hi, I wanted to say that I purchased one of the videos from those informercials and it is worth the money. I got great results. The only problem I have is that I get bored easily and I can't really get one where you have to jump around a lot since I live in an upstairs of a house and my landlord lives downstairs. If I could I would get hip hop abs cause it looks like such fun. I hope you get great results.

I've just started doing hip hop abs and I really like it.
It's a little cheesy, but in a way that makes me look forward to it because it makes me laugh. It's got a good energy to it.
I think the most important thing is that it's do-able (you don't even have to get out a mat to get on the floor because it's all standing ab work) and it's fun.
I always feel great after doing it, so I make the effort to fit it in. I've been trying to get back into a workout groove for the last two years!
