Interview tomorrow with CEO
Hi everyone. I have an interview tomorrow with a CEO for a pretty big job and I'm a little freaked out about it. Any ideas on how I can knock his socks off? Do you think I should go in with ideas outlined of what I would bring to the job? Or just have them in mind and try to drop them in if the opportunity presents itself. I really want to stand out, without going over the top.

I am not a CEO, but I have to say that I was very impressed when I have been on search committees and the candidates have used either a portfolio to demonstrate their strenghts or when an internal candidate presented a proposal during the interview. I think it shows initiative.

I had to interview with the CEO of my company and I was SO NERVOUS!!!! I had never even met the CEO from my former job.
he was SO nice to me and laid back too. he made me feel completely at ease and it was prety much just like any other interview.
I hope you have the same experience I did. GOOD LUCK!
