My clothes are looser, but I don't see a difference?
I know I've lost weight b/c my pants are falling off and I'm starting to fit into my smaller clothes again
However, I don't see the difference...anything i can add on to help...I've been eating well and working out three times a week; cardio and weights

i wouldnt worry, as long as your clothes are looser - plus, you look at yourself everyday so its hard to tell..
