***** Social Studies CST??

Anyone take it? I heard its IMPOSSIBLE

Thoughts?

I passed the CST elementary ed LAST CST students with disabilities and the other one ... can't remember the name ... BUT I am worried about the Social Studies one !

I graduated at the top of my class and just barely passed it. I'm a person who has published in the field & everything... perfect history GPA. Barely passed. I know people who have failed 3 & 4 times. It is usually VERY hard, and REALLY smart people fail it. My best advice to you is to go online and get the test outlines, and buy all the Barron's books... Global, US History, etc. Also bust out your old economics stuff because there is quite a bit on that as well.

DH passed it. but he said it was very hard and he didnt think he passed at all. I think he barely passed, and he's super smart.

I took the Social Studies CST and passed it the first time, probably due to my "wonderful" ability to write essays about things I have no clue about!!! There are questions on so many topics that it is really difficult to prepare. I took out a whole bunch of AP and Regents Review Books and just started reading. Like the first responder I was at the top of my class with a 4.0 and it was still a very difficult test. Good Luck.

I passed it first time, but I remember walking out of there having no clue if I passed or failed. I recommend reading over the regents review books and brushing up on your eco.
