one of my co-workers is a moocher.. VENT
I'm so sick of her! We teach the same subject (hs earth sci and bio) and EVERY DAY she tracks me down and asks to see my lesson plan, then goes and photocopies it along with whatever activity I made up for the kids. Then she uses them the next day. She even set herself back one day on purpose so she could be one day behind me with her classes and use my lesson the following day! I totally don't mind sharing my stuff with people but I'm feeling taken advantage of... and she doesn't do any work herself!! I'm doing all the work for her and I'm sooo sick of it... well today was the LAST TIME... next time she asks I'm telling her off!!!!

I feel your pain!
I actually had a teacher STEAL my lesson plan off my desk, copy it and use it during his observation!!! I saw it on his desk and I checked with the kids!
Sharing ideas is one thing, but it sounds like your coworker is just plain selfish!!

Thanks so much ladies!
I'm so tired of her. She always acts so helpless. She doesn't even know the material and asks me to teach it to her every day. And she uses the excuse that she has 3 kids & is overwhelmed! Well I have a life too!!!
Tomorrow I'm telling my supervisor about this as well... she's not going to get away with doing this to me and to the other teachers in my dept.

How long has she been teaching?? I would just start saying, oh, i left them at home... oops... until maybe she gets the hint. Sharing goes both ways. Give & Take... sounds like she is doing too much taking and not enough giving...

OMG that's horrible. I hope you said something!!! That's plagiarism what he did.

She's been teaching at least as long as I have! There's something wrong with her. She's lazzzzyyyy. At the beginning she'd just ask for ideas, but now it's to the point where she's copying my lessons every day and it's not cool anymore.
