Those who make their own Food ....

What do you use food processor wise?

I dont own one....just a blender.

I dont like the magic bullet thing too much, had one, sold it.

I see the ones they have in BRU.....But which one? Do I need a food mill and a blender type contraption?

TIA for the advice!

I think to start,a blender should be fine on its own. The food is going to have to be pretty mushy for the first few months, so a blender shoudl do the trick.

Re: Those who make their own Food ....

I used a blender or my Cuisinart depending on the amount of food I was making. I used the food mill for apple sauce and the like. IMO, the food mill and food processor at BRU look sort of cheap. Just invest in one from Bed Bath and Beyond or somewhere. I found a hand-stick blender to come in handy too. HTH.

I used a Braun Hand Blender, but I have heard the rocket blender is good too. I loved using my hand blender, easy to clean.

Re: Those who make their own Food ....

honestly, I mashed mine up with a potato masher or a fork.

I'm sure a regular blender will do just fine, then pour it into ice cube trays, cover and freeze
