What is THE best way to...
Slim your thighs??? I am very small up top and when I gain weight it goes right to my hips and butt. They call me JLO but not in a good way... I have bene doing the treadmill and the elliptical but I really want to target those areas.

The only thing that works for my hip/thigh area (I tend to gain all of my weight there too) is doing squats and lunges, plus I workout on the stairmaster.

That's exactly how Jessica Simpson toned her legs and butt - squats and lunges. And IMO you can never do enough of them!!! You can also do weight training for your legs - leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, etc. to really tone them. The very best cardio workout for them would either be a spin class or an aerobics class.

I do a balanced strength training workout, so for me muscle tone is not the problem. But I put my weight in my hips/thighs, so anything that makes me burn calories slims my legs down. Right now running is working wonders and slimming me down and the jeans are showing it.
(I am losing everywhere else too )
For toning Squats, lunges with a bench, bridge, inner & outter thigh, hands/knees alternating quad lift
