I need beauty help !
My body is really changing...and I am feeling really yucky..I didnt have these problems before :(
what can I use that is safe?
- for dry skin
- for dry scalp..I am flaking ..gross !
-for zits on forehead ...they are really popping out ?!!???

For dry skin I use Lubriderm.
For dry scalp, not sure.
As for breakouts, unfortunalty I am one of those people who never had a pimple during the times I should have and now, I have them all of the time!!! I got a facial last week and she said best to wash your face at night and then in the morning just use water in the shower and toner and moisturizer once you get out.

dry skin-any lotion will do. Right now I'm using Suave with soothing aloe
dry scalp-I'd check with the Dr to make sure head & shoulders is ok
zits: I have always used Clean & Clear-it's this clear gel you put on. I use ST Ives apricot scrub (medicated) in the shower every morning, no makeup during the day, and at night if I feel icky, I'll wipe my face with Clinique Toner

sry scalp - i use head and shoulders-its fine
face- i wash with nutrogena ,then sea breeze
